Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Brono AI (“Brono”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a UI/UX AI tool that provides automated design generation, UX auditing, wireframes and related AI-powered outputs.
Because Brono is a digital, automated, and instantly delivered service, all sales are considered final once a payment is processed.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

2. No Refunds for Digital Services

All subscription fees, usage fees, or one-time payments made for Brono’s Services are non-refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Monthly or yearly subscription plans
- Credits or token-based usage

Once access to Brono is delivered or activated, the service is considered consumed, even if the user does not actively use the tool.

3. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

Although Brono generally does not offer refunds, we may review exceptional cases, including:
- Duplicate payment (you were charged twice for the same plan)
- Technical error on our systems that prevented you from using Brono at all
- Fraudulent transactions proven through your bank or payment provider

All exception-based refunds are granted at Brono’s sole discretion.

4. No Refunds for User Mistakes

Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accidental purchases
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Not using the tool after purchasing
- Unsatisfactory design outputs
- Changes in personal preference
- Misunderstanding the features of Brono
- AI outputs not matching user expectations

Because Brono processes AI computation instantly, the service cannot be returned or reversed.

5. Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Failure to cancel in time does not qualify for a refund.
Users may cancel at any time, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

6. Requesting a Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, contact us at: support@brono.ai
Include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email
- Payment receipt
- Explanation of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.

7. Governing Law

For users in Egypt, this Refund Policy is governed by Egyptian law.
For users in the United Kingdom or other countries, this policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Jurisdiction follows the same rules as your Terms & Conditions.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

Brono may revise this policy at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting.
