Brono 1.5: Smarter AI, Better Payments, and More Control (Now Live)
Author: Aoun Alazzam at Brono
Brono 1.5 is a “less chaos, more control” release.
We focused on the parts that directly affect your day-to-day: how you pay, how you tune your UI, how you track credits, and how fast you can move between thinking and generating—without losing accuracy.
Payment with XPay + Billing & Invoices
What’s new
If you’re in Egypt, Brono now supports local payments via XPay:
- Visa / Mastercard / Meeza
- Fawry
If you’re outside Egypt, Brono continues to support international card payments via stripe.
On top of that, Brono now includes Billing & Invoices and clearer subscription controls:
- View invoices and billing details
- Clearer cancellation info (so you know what changes before you confirm)
Why it matters: fewer payment headaches, better visibility, and less “wait… what did I pay for?” energy.
Where to find it: Settings → Billing
Visual Tuner: Colors, Fonts, Radius (0 Credits).
Sometimes you don’t want to “prompt” your way into a UI style. You want knobs. So we built knobs.
What you can tune
- Colors
- Fonts
- Radius
The best part
- Using Visual Tuner does not consume any credits.
Why it matters: you can lock in a visual direction faster, then let Brono generate within that vibe instead of re-rolling outputs.
Where to find it: Choose the screen/s you want to tune** → **In the new right-side tools panel → Visual Tuner
Credit History: Know Where Your Credits Went
We added Credit History so you can track usage with confidence.
What you’ll see
- When credits were used
- What action used them (generation / edits / pro actions—based on your setup)
- Your remaining balance and purchase/subscription context
Why it matters: transparency = trust. Also, it helps users understand “why did credits drop?” without guessing.
Where to find it: Just click on your credits/figma copies in the header
Fast Mode + Planning Mode: Choose the Workflow You Need
Design work has two moods:
- “Give me options, now.”
- “Let’s think carefully so we don’t regret this in 10 minutes.”
Brono now supports both.
Fast Mode
Best for:
- Quick exploration
- Iterating on layouts
- Early-stage idea generation
Planning Mode (credit-saving by design)
Planning Mode helps you save credits by making sure Brono understands what you need before generating.
If something is missing: context, selection, or requirements; Brono will guide you to fix that first instead of generating the wrong thing and forcing retries.
Best for:
- Complex screens and flows
- Higher accuracy edits
- More structured outcomes with fewer retries
Why it matters: you control the tradeoff between speed and depth.
Where to find it: Before generating → Mode selector
Live Preview Device Updates: Better Responsive + New Frames
Live Preview now includes:
- Improved responsive behavior
- New device frames across:
- Desktop
- Mobile
Why it matters: your previews match real-world constraints more closely, and your design review gets faster (and more honest).
Where to find it:
In the new right-side tools panel **→ **More → Live Preview
